Lawyer Yang Tiansheng graduated from Southwest Normal University and Southwest University of Political Science and Law, with a bachelor's degree in history and a master's degree in law respectively. He has qualifications and experience as a lawyer, economist, and corporate legal consultant.

Engaged as a part-time lawyer in 1993 and 1999 as a full-time lawyer. In 2002, as the main sponsor, he restructured Beijing Xie Chaohua Law Firm into Beijing Mingtai Law Firm and is now a partner of the firm.

He is currently an arbitrator of the Zhanjiang Arbitration Commission and the Zhanjiang International Arbitration Court.

Formerly a professional member of the Mergers, Acquisitions and Reorganization Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association.
