National Lawyer Consultation Day Bringing Law into the Community
Lawyer Jiang Shanhe first conducted a lecture on "Interpretation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People's Republic of China" for residents to popularize legal knowledge. Lawyer Jiang Shanhe introduced in detail the relevant contents of the newly promulgated "General Principles of the Civil Law", combined with live cases, and used popular language and explanations to explain in detail to residents the legal knowledge closely related to their daily lives, helping them understand the law, establish awareness of the rule of law, and improve their ability to safeguard their rights according to the law.
After the knowledge lecture, in order to further improve the legal literacy of residents and help community residents safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, Lawyer Jiang Shanhe and Lawyer Xu Xingguang provided free legal consultation activities for community residents. Residents at the event were very enthusiastic about participating in the consultation, and consultedaboutproperty inheritance issues, demolition and other aspects issues. The two lawyersbased on many years of lawyer work experience, carefully explained the doubts of the consultees one by one from a legal perspective. For more complex cases, they took the initiative to leave their contact information and invited residents to the lawyer's office for detailed analysis and answers.
This activity of bringing law into the community was a complete success. It not only created a good environment to enhance residents’ legal awareness and create a harmonious community, but also provided an important platform forlawyers to fulfill their social responsibilities.
