The plaintiff Jin Chengshun represented by my lawyer won the ownership confirmation dispute case against the defendant Yanbian Chengbao International Business Building Co., Ltd.

In December 2012, our law firm was entrusted by the plaintiff Jin Chengshun and appointed lawyer Jiang Shanhe to represent him in a dispute over ownership confirmation with the defendant Yanbian Chengbao International Business Building Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengbao Company") (hereinafter referred to as the "case"). In this case, the Yanbian Prefecture Intermediate People's Court issued the (2011) Yanzhong Minerchuzi No. 39 Civil Judgment on February 19, 2014: the ownership of the 5-15th floor of the "Chengbao Building" at No. 50 Jiefang Road, Yanji City (the property rights certificate number of the 5th floor is 142067, area: 1962.75 square meters; the property certificate number of the 6-15-story house is 142068, area: 8772.71 square meters, the registered property owner is Yanbian Chengbao International Business Building Co., Ltd.) and is owned by the plaintiff Jin Chengshun. The defendant Chengbao Company appealed against the first-instance judgment.

On July 8, 2014, the Higher People’s Court of Jilin Province made the (2014) Ji Min Yi Zhong Zi Civil Judgment No. 61, revoked the (2011) Yan Zhong Min Er Chu Zi Civil Judgment No. 39, and remanded the case for retrial.

On May 26, 2015, the Yanbian Prefecture Intermediate People’s Court issued the (2014) Yanzhong Minerchuzi No. 34 Civil Judgment: supporting the plaintiff Jin Chengshun’s claim. Chengbao Company, the defendant in the original trial, appealed against the judgment.

On December 19, 2016, the Higher People’s Court of Jilin Province issued the (2015) Ji Min Yi Zhong Zi Civil Judgment No. 121: the appeal was rejected and the original judgment was upheld.

The defendant in the first instance and the appellant in the second instance, Yanbian Chengbao International Business Building Co., Ltd., refused to accept the (2015) Ji Min Yizhong Zi No. 121 Civil Judgment and filed an application for retrial with the Supreme People's Court.

On May 26, 2017, the Supreme People's Court issued the (2017) Supreme People's Court Civil Ruling No. 1263: rejecting the retrial application of Yanbian Chengbao International Business Building Co., Ltd.
