Our party branch held a "Study Report of the 19th National Congress and Democratic Life Meeting"

At 2 pm on November 17, the party branch of our law firm held a "Study Report of the 19th National Congress and Democratic Life Meeting". First of all, lawyer Jiang Shanhe, secretary of the branch, first shared his experience on "the six highlights of the report on the construction of the rule of law in the 19th National Congress report". Lawyer Jiang explained from six aspects: First, he emphasized that to promote comprehensive rule of law, we must unswervingly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics; second, we reiterated that comprehensive rule of law is a profound revolution in national governance and an essential requirement and important guarantee of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We must adhere to the strict rule of law, promote scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, fair justice, and comprehensive justice. The people abide by the law; third, clarify and reaffirm the general starting point for promoting comprehensive rule of law; fourth, clarify the work layout of comprehensive rule of law and the key tasks of strengthening the party's leadership, improving legislation, law enforcement, and judicial systems, and promoting law-abiding by all people; fifth, require strengthening the implementation and supervision of the Constitution, and promote the review of constitutionality; sixth, promote the reform of the national supervision system in accordance with the law.

Each party member lawyer present at the meeting expressed their experience in studying the "Report of the 19th National Congress" in conjunction with their own work.
