Our firm participated in the Chaoyang District People’s Congress General Election Publicity Day event held by the Hujialou Office

September 19, 2016 is the centralized publicity day for the People’s Congress General Election of the Hujialou District Election Branch in Chaoyang District. The Hujialou Office held this publicity event. This event was attended by the Hujialou District People’s Congress Election Office, the Judicial Office, the Family Planning Office, the Comprehensive Management Office and other institutions. Mingtai Law Firm as the office's legal advisor, appointed Lawyer Jiang Shanhe and Lawyer Lu Wenjing to participate in this publicity event and provide relevant legal advice to residents.

During the event, community members consulted with lawyers Jiang Shanhe and Lu Wenjing on various legal issues inlife and work. The issue that attracts the most attention is the issue of the right to vote granted by the Constitution. At the same time, community residents also consulted lawyers Jiang Shanhe and Lu Wenjin about legal issues closely related to them, such as inheritance, employment, buying a house in a borrowed name, and registration of house changes. The two lawyers patiently answered the residents' questions one by one.

The general election of the National People's Congress concerns the vital interests of every resident.
