Sent to the fire brigade

On the afternoon of August 26, 2016, lawyer Jiang Shanhe, a partner of our law firm, went to a fire squadron in the jurisdiction to give a special lecture on "Criminal Issues in Modern Network Life". This lecture used the case of "Internet celebrity" and "famous promoter" - "Qin Moumou" suspected of "provocation" and "defamation"; the case of "Internet anti-corruption rights activist" and "famous internet whistleblower" Zhou Moumou suspected of "extortion"; the case of criminal suspect Fu Moumou suspected of "insult and defamation" as examples. The lecture explained the facts involved in the case, the composition of the crime and the provisions of my country's Criminal Law and the judicial interpretation of the Supreme People's Court. It was well received by all officers and soldiers.
