Mingtai Law Firm Party Branch Donates Legal Books to Dongdaqiao Community

In recent years, as residents’ legal awareness continues to increase, residents’ demand for legal books has become more urgent. Although the Dongdaqiao Community Reading Room provides a large number of books to residents, there are many popular science books and very few systematic and comprehensive legal books. In order to provide residents of Dongdaqiao Community with a good environment for learning legal knowledge, on July 1, 2017, lawyer Jiang Shanhe donated more than 20 legal books to the Dongdaqiao Community Reading Room on behalf of the Party branch of Mingtai Law Firm.

The books donated this time include the "Knowing All About Legal Life" series of legal books and the "New Complete Book of Laws and Regulations". The book tells legal stories about marriage law, house demolition law, medical malpractice law, etc. that happen to ordinary people in the form of pictures and texts, which is easy to understand.

This batch of legal books adds new content to the community library reading room, filling the gaps that are lacking in legal books.It greatly facilitates residents who need to find relevant legal knowledge and meets the legal needs of residents. At the same time, it also builds a good platform for residents to learn legal knowledge and improve legal awareness, which is conducive to the establishment of a society ruled by law. The Party branch of Mingtai Institute has donated legal books to three communities and a fire squadron in the Hujialou area.
