In order to implement the "Guarantee" of the State Council of the People's Republic of China In accordance with the provisions of the "Implementation Opinions on Encouraging and Guiding Private Enterprises to Actively Conduct Overseas Investment", combined with our law firm's actual experience in helping clients invest in North Korea, we now summarize and organize the catalog of North Korea's foreign investment laws, regulations and policies for reference by relevant companies planning to invest in North Korea.
